The meta-verse, a 3-D computer generated world that you can visit by wearing a special headset, seems to be all the rage these days. Everyone is excited about being able to travel to exotic places, meet new people from around the world, or even go to work without ever leaving your living room sofa.
But do we fully know what’s in store for us in that virtual reality? What happens to it when we turn it off?
